********** debit order for 7 years

Something very weird happen to me. In August 2011 Vodacom phone me and sell a contract to me. I must pay R 48 and then I will get R 28 airtime and email and the milc all for R48. By the end of August the debitorder go off from Vodacom R48 and a debitorder for Milc for R48 an a debit for Elite email for R35. By then I know that this cant be right. I phoned vodacom they said that they will come back to me. I still hot the names and refrence no of every call. Untill today nobody phoned me back. In 2014 I went to the shop of welkom and they denied the Milc and the Elitemail. In 2011 when they sell that contract to me theysent me sms of all the stuff off the package with reference nr. I try to canceled it but withno luck! please advise me what to do. It has been 7years now and I am still paying for that !
