Worst Service Ever!!!

I have been trying to get through to MIE's Call Center for about 3 days. I hold on for about 10 to 15 minutes only to be cut of every time. They take very long with Qualification Checks for Matric and this causes us to loose Candidates! This is totally unacceptable!!!! No one can work like this! Terrible Terrible Service!!!!!
