Very poor service.

The request was marked as “Resolved/Closed” after we were advised that it had been escalated to the sales team for urgent assistance. However, no one has contacted us by phone or email, despite numerous follow-ups from our side.

We have been emailing and calling, but have received no assistance or meaningful response. It is extremely disappointing for a request to be closed without the issue actually being resolved.
