Very BAD Service and lack of response

Please can you assist me with why nobody at MIE can give me an answer as to why I have not received the notices checks I selected from 2 different suppliers after an hour of waiting when its supposed to be immediate? I have captured and paid online. I called in 4 times in the last hour, first I was told that it would be done shortly, second call I held on for more than 8 minutes and the lady never came back to me, 3rd call I was cut off. 4th phone call the person I spoke to could offer me no help at all as people were busy - the people that can help me were busy, so I asked if he could escalate this query and I was told no. I asked if someone could investigate and get back to me, I was also told not possible, I was then cut off.

This is the worst service I have ever received from MIE.
