Refuse to provide an update

MIE Officer Thobile refusing to accept official SAPS clearance certificate after a minor matter I had was taken off the court (withdrawn).

Forwarded all the documents to prove that the matter was withdrawn, then thereafter I proceeded and submitted form 69 to have my name cleared, Police clearance certificate was then issued and forwarded to MIE but the officer refused to provide an updated report.

This had a negative impact with my future employer.
