No report from MIE for a verification check that was submitted and paid for almost a month ago

My company paid for a verification check almost a month ago and I've yet to receive the report. I've made calls that haven't gone through, call back requests have not been fulfilled. My first email was rep**** to by Tsholofelo who asked for the verification form, which I submitted and there has been radio silence since then. This includes queries made on the website.
