No Communication on progress of request
The turnaround time to re-print a certificate indicated on their request form is 5 working days. They have this on their form. It is the 10th working day today (since I received my Invoice for paying for the service) and I still have not received my certificate. I have received NO Communication from MIE to inform me of why or even where the certificate is and why I have not received it yet. Not an update email or phone call or anything. Really pathetic communication.

23 Aug 2019, 11:14MIE finally "updated" me with an email that has no real value to me. The email just informed me that I need to be PATIENT. No date when I will receive my document, no apologies for the inconvenience.
It has now been 14 Business days since they have received my full payment. The turn around time is 5 days.
