MIE renders 0 out of 10 services

I sent 6 Candidates for Verification to MIE and what a terrible service from these fruitless people. You call these people they take you from pillar to post. I sent emails to the so called managers and none of them responds, i spent R500 worth of airtime following up but none is helping. MIE is a Government Institution which takes the clients like a piece of trash. There is no professionalism in this entity. MIE and Client service is like water and Oil.
