MIE messing up job opportunities

My record was expunged, I have the docs from the justice department as well as police clearence from SAPS saying I have no record however when I apply to companies using MIE they get a error with my fingerprints. Say it's not clear. This happened at 7 different companies and I did not get the job due to this. When contacting MIE I was told I need to get a 91A from and courier it to them. This makes no sense as MIE advertising says they have a direct link to SAPS systems but yet require this additional form to be done. I'm unemployed where do I get the money to do this? If you had a direct link this would not be required and there is no way 7 companies did not take my fingerprints correctly.
