MIE is withholding my information which I paid for

I submitted a request for information from MIE and made the payment on 1 April 2025. I have been following up ever since and they ignore and close my requests for my information without providing the results I requested and paid for. What exactly is going on here where people are withholding your own information from you which you paid to access.
