MIE background screening has very bad service!!

MIE background screening has very bad service. I'm an Uber driver and I constantly have to do background checks to keep my Uber account active, but MIE is making it impossible for me... They say my finger prints have a record of which I know but according to the SAPS the record should be removed since it's not ******** record and it's old.. Apparently MIE has to update their system but they are failing to do that. I'm not working right now because of MIE..!!! And according to the SAPS, a lot of people have been reporting the same thing about MIE but nothing is changing!! How many more people should lose their jobs because of MIE?? They are lazy and ***********!
