MIE background checks is horrible.

I have never worked with such a horrible service. They never answer the phone, it rings till it cuts off. When you are eventually lucky that someone answers, it cuts off as you are talking to them. No one answers emails. The option to be called back doesn't work, you press the number and nothing happens. Does anyone know of another provider for these background checks.
