A month without any resolution on missing documents.

I requested my academic transcripts and degree certificate to be sent to WES (World Education Services) in October 2019. WES then informed me that a copy of my degree certificate was never included in the docket that was sent to them.

I've been struggling since the 5th of December to have the matter resolved by the team at MIE. I've been phoning and sending emails almost on a daily basis without getting a call back or any feedback from them.

There is no other company that works with the University of Pretoria which means I have no other options but to be held hostage by them whilst the clock ticks on my Immigration application.
