Unhappy customers 😞

What a horrible experience,iv never bought something from a business and have them treat me like I stole the damn product and didn’t pay for it,don’t even get me started on how rude both the guys are?I bought a dress online sometime in Jan and it came without a belt as advertised, I then told them the item is missing,if it’s not them ignoring my msgs and having to call them so many times before they answer it’s them resorting to responding me rudely…mind you am still waiting for the missing belt,last week he said il get it between 3-5 days…it’s been 7 days since he said that but I still have to be the one doing follow ups,they don’t communicate to their customers in a polite manner…I know for a fact am not buying there again,it was my first time…might as well be my last 😭oh and they don’t even respond to emails as well…
