Incorrect Order and Unresolved Customer Support Issue
I ordered 2 winter sets (skirt and cardigan) in black and cream white, they delivered a brown and cream set the cream skirt was torn and they booked a courier to come and collect the parcel from me. Now that I am enquiring about when the correct order will be delivered they are ignoring my Whatsapp messages and I have proof that the products were delivered back to them.

What a horrible experience,iv never bought something from a business and have them treat me like I stole the damn product and didn’t pay for it,don’t even get me started on how rude both the guys are?I bought a dress online sometime in Jan and it came without a belt as advertised, I then told them the item is missing,if it’s not them ignoring my msgs and having to call them so many times before they answer it’s them resorting to responding me rudely…mind you am still waiting for the missing belt,last week he said il get it between 3-5 days…it’s been 7 days since he said that but I still have to be the one doing follow ups,they don’t communicate to their customers in a polite manner…I know for a fact am not buying there again,it was my first time…might as well be my last 😭oh and they don’t even respond to emails as well…

Problem addressed after writing a review on Hello peter
The problem was addressed i got my items after they processed my return however you have to be persistent they should improve their communication system with clients. Thank you hello peter.

Not responding to messages
I ordered dresses from Midrand Marabastad they were small i returned them now they are ignoring my messages. I have been trying to reach out to them they are not responding to my messages, i have proof that the products were delivered back to them.
