TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM MIDRAND MARABASTAD TRADING

I've placed and paid for an online order on 27 November 2021. A few days afer that I want to find out if my order had been shipped. Absolutely no response on any of their contacting platforms. After I post a complaint on Facebook and Google they respond with an excuse that they had problems with the courier, but I will receive my parcel within a few days. I then asked for the tracking no of the parcel but again no response. I then had to ask for a refund or I'll report them on Hellopeter. After a day or so they sent me a pic of half a waybill with only the tracking no and my phone number...no name or date!! They lack proper customer service!! I do a lot of online shopping and always got updated about shipping details with tracking numbers so that I can keep track of the movement of my orders.
