Refund

<div>This business exploit customers they don't want to give me refund from the items I don't want. They say they have an exchange policy and I ask them where is your refund policy they said they won't refund me because they don't do that. I feel exploited as it is every consumer to get her money back if she is not happy about something more especially more especially when there is no refund policy written for consumers</div>
