I needed to exchange items I bought, wich were small make. I was asked to pay for courier for the items to be exchanged, which I did and sent them proof of payment, after that they stop responding to my WhatsApp. Now I'm sitting with clothes I can't wear and payed for return. I did exchange before and it was fine. So don't be fooled if it was ok the first time. Their business tactics is horrible
