Airconditioner

<p>I contacted Midea as I was looking to purchase a airconditioner. They gave me the name of 3 installers and I contacted 2 for quotes. I took the lowest priced quote but unfortunately he installer failed twice to keep his appointment to install the airconditioner and also ignored my calls and messages. I contacted the Midea office in Cape town and they told me that the installer had already collected my unit. I, unfortunately, lost my cool and demanded my money back (as I had paid them for the aircon) or a new unit as the installer had by then sent me a message to say that he had installed my unit into another person's house. A Director of Midea (Brendon Lemos) then bent over backwards by contacting another installer, who was busy in Paarl, to go to their office and collect a new unit and come and install it at my house. This he did and worked by himself to do the installation which he finished at 7.00 pm that evening.</p>
