The loudest frustration is silence: unanswered emails, dropped calls, technicians arriving late or at the wrong address, and warranty claims bounced between Livance, Takealot, Makro and Game without resolution. Refunds and spare parts reportedly drag on for months. A smaller group praised fridge and dishwasher purchases, prompt fixes and goodwill replacements.
