Worse company than Eskom, worse than loadshedding.

Worst service ever. Since Monday the 7th of September I could no longer buy electricity due to vendors being offline. Now power went of on Thursday the 10th and I'm still unable to buy power. I have called and complained about this before, now I'm sitting without power for over 6 hours and they have not given any estimate of when the power will be restored.

I hate that there's no communication or backup plans in place. I have lost business over this since I can't do my work without power. This service is worse than loadshedding. Even worse is I won't be compensated for the business and work time I lost because of this pathetic midcity utilities.
