These pople are rude n disrespectful

Worst experience ever i once went there and found new staff ant thought management heard clients complaints, today i went there it is worse they dont care about people, they rude and they dont even listen to what you came for, i went there to enquire about the deposit i paid before changing to prepaid as i was told that when moving out i will get my deposit back, but today i was told that the people who helped me are no longer working there and they cannot do anything. My question is did those peole live with my money? Management please intervene your staff members are rude im moving because of the kind of service i get when you visit that office.
