The WORSTE service provider EVER!!!!
They can never help with anything. Worste service ever. Always have an excuse…. Just horrible. Today, the lady who was “helping me” said I should keep in mind that my complex is not the only clients they service. So I asked are you guys overwhelmed with clients?? And she said yes 😳😳 so I asked again, do you mean you cannot keep up with all of us, as in you guys are failing to keep up with all your clients, then she paused and was suddenly reluctant to respond. Midcity is a JOKE guys they are a JOKE!!!! Do not recommend the at all

29 Aug 2023, 13:15I received feedback from the lady who had initially assisted me. She was able to profusely apologise and organise that a free keypad be installed in my home so to assist with the problems I’ve been experiencing with relying solely on the MidCity app. Keypad was installed yesterday and I hope that the long road of disappointment with MidCity has ended.
I’m very pleased with the way my matter was handled and resolved after my complaint and review.

I received feedback from the lady who had initially assisted me. She was able to profusely apologise and organise that a free keypad be installed in my home so to assist with the problems I’ve been experiencing with relying solely on the MidCity app. Keypad was installed yesterday and I hope that the long road of disappointment with MidCity has ended.
