QUICK TO DEDUCT MONEY IF YOU HAVE CREDIT BUT SLOW TO PROVIDE FEEDBACK ON YOUR QUERY

They are very quick to deduct money in our accounts without proper communications. You call the office they promise to come back to you and all of a sudden they deduct money ,maybe it's because my account always on credit. I asked them to provide me with written proof that they are entitled to raise such charges of R250 against me as per the contract agreement I signed with Midcity instead they are referring me to emails they sent while I called in Dec and I was told they are going to attend staff party and they will call me as soon as it's over instead of coming back to me they are deducting money in my account as if they have a share. Have you provided feedback to me as I called you in DEC in order to understand the changes?
