No electricity from Midcity Utility's. Complex electricity cut off since yesterday.
Our complex Villa Leannru, 191 dr vd Merwe Street, Magalieskruin. Electricity was cut off since yesterday afternoon. We are all paying our electricity and we us customers just want to know what the problem is.....Is it *******ion on theire side or what is going on? Our meat and stuff in fridges are going to get rotten. Will MidCity pay our losses? We are deeply concerned about what is realy going on. Please assist us in this matter as it is a urgent matter.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused, the power was restored on Saturday evening.

Please note that the account is paid monthly and there are corrections to be done on the account by council, that they have not done.
We continue to follow up with council to do the corrections on the account. The disconnection done by council was not justified.
We’re taking the matter further through our attorneys.
