MidCity Utilities *****ing Money

This is probably the worst utilities company out there. I was only with them for the month of November 2023 and then closed my account. It is now Feb of 2024 and they are still sending me bills which I refuse to pay as I have closed my account. I also have continuously emailed and called them as I need them to return the deposit of R1500.00. They keep promising that they will do so, or call me back or just ignore my emails. A really **** company that is just *****ing money and not professional at all. Would not suggest using them as they are *****s. So quick to take our money but them refuse to give it back when the time comes.
