MidCity Refuses to pay back my Risk Deposit.

I sold my house late last year (2024). The new owners moved in end of November same year. I notified MidCity on time about the sale as they needed to refund me my risk deposit back. I filled in the forms and submitted my bank statement as proof of account and to this day, they refuse to give me my deposit back. I have sent countless emails that which they do not bother responding to. In addition to that, I paid the November bill in full, inclusive of the risk deposit increase which they promised they will refund it as soon as reconciliation is done on their side. I have emails confirming all that. The name of the Complex is Taaibos in Annlin Pretoria.
