Talk about being ******!

Since lockdown fees have gone up, we now pay a fixed service charge for water and another fixed service charge for sanitation over and above the exorbitant fees for the two services. NOW we have to pay R25 for the meter reading! Firstly i had to fight as nobody ever came to my premises for more than 6months so how was my water reading accurate, and when he did come i asked him to confirm if the meter is leaking, he confirmed and said he will inform and i must do that as well, more than a month later it gets fixed. They dont mention anything about THEIR faulty meter and the fact i was paying the cost, and once the guy actually read the meter i was credited for all the extra months of overpaying by around R500 each month. So fees look something like this:

Water 28KL (BS): R500 Meter reading: R25 Fixed service charge water: R130 Fixed sanitation charge: R77 Sanitation recovery: R224

So going from R500 a month all these months and years to R1100 overnight? and we supposed to just pay it or get cut off, and WHEN they realise they wrong then MAYBE get credited? This is ****************. Cant wait to move and get rid of such bull.
