Final Demand letter yet again!!!
Communication was sent by Midcity utilities that the risk deposits have increased and will be added to the November statements. A request was sent to them immediately, requesting them to please spilt the amount in 3 months due to my dad been a pensioner. Nolwazi responded back with the following: "Please note that the arrangement for the deposit is 2 months half this month and the rest with your next bill. You have to pay for the current account with half of the deposit than we will have an arrangement."
For some reason, my response to this was in my outbox, however I took it that the arrangement was done as the amount was paid in accordance with the response. Today, 8th Nov, we receive a final letter of demand. When I queried, the response is that "you did not reply confirming the arrangement, which is why the letter was final demanded to you as you did not ageee to my request"
How can they even use such a lame excuse to send a final letter of demand, when the arrangement was 2 months, pay half and we have an arrangement. Nowhere did they ask me to reply. The service from Nolwazi is shocking, no people skills no empathy or anything. This is what makes a company get such bad reviews. We will be addressing this with the body corporate to ensure that a better SP is given to this complex. Many residents are facing the same challenges and we will take this further.
