BE WARNED! MIDCITY UTILITIES! POOR SERVICE
Midcity utilities bullies residents at Bluestream to pay for services without ever providing a statement or a meter reading. They give the amount outstanding telephonically/ verball. Even after paying they will switch you off and tell you they cannot access emails on weekends. I have never seen such incompetence, BE WARNED Midcity utilities has POOR SERVICE!
