Bad service and not responding

I used to stay at Walbury unit 11 and moved to unit 29

After you terminate the account they send you the final account which I receive and my deposit covered the expense and I had a credit but to my surprise they later send me credits control demanding me to pay and outstanding amounts and I have explained that I no longer stay there and Charlotte from Khwela didn’t want to even listen to me she was rude. They are threatening us with lawyers and the will list me on the credit bureaus the send me two tax invoice with the same invoice number but different amounts the one I received on April 2019 and the one the threatening me with was only send on May 2019 I need to report this to the Ombudman this is totally wrong you cannot open a new account while the other account is still outstanding that’s impossible.

I am very angry .
