Worst Property Management Company, Stay Away

I am the owner is one of the properties managed by Midcity, they do not do any maintenance on the building even the mere painting of the complex walls, we have complained about the pipe that is leaking in our property and we are still waiting. Apparently, we cannot do any upgrades in our laundry room attached to our property, flooring in the carport or private garden because is common property yet they do not even fix the leaking roof that we reported December 2022 in the laundry room to the body corporate. I have always made sure that I pay my levies every month before the 07th every month and my levies are up to date. On the 05th of February 2024, Midcity decided to cut my electricity because I do not pay my account for February on the 01st of the month. January account was paid, February account was going to be paid on the 06th but NO, on the 05 February around 3pm there was no electricity, no communication, no email, no sms, NOTHING. All the other places the account is considered due if not paid after the 7th but not MIDCITY and after that they have charged me over R200 for electricity disconnection. The value of the property cannot even increase because the complex is not well maintained. MidCity is the worst stay away and consider other property management company that know what they are doing.
