Withheld my R25 000 deposit

MidCity withheld my R25 000 deposit from my company Gold Supporters Pty Ltd, they said this is the deposit is use for the breakdown below: <br> <br> R8300: Legal fees to draw up an acknowledgement of debt document: Total *******<br> R1850: Cleaning premises<br> R2230: Locksmith opening and replacing 2 doors locks. Total *******<br> R13227: Repairs of dry 2.5 mx2,5m drywall which included R6500 for repainting such a small premises. Total *******<br> <br> It was a total ******* and they still said I owe them R18000 for last months rental due, which I agree with and I said they must take it from my deposit, but they said deposit was used for detail above. I am so disappointed with MidCity and will advise everyone I know not to use Midcity as their rental agent.<br>
