Villa Grigio

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Mid City Property at Villa Grigio. Before moving in, I was assured that all maintenance issues would be resolved before my move-in date, yet six months later, I'm still waiting for maintainance to be done. Despite numerous follow-ups, there has been no progress or communication regarding the promised repairs.

Additionally, the lack of security at the gate is a major concern. If your phone is off or you have no access to the intercom, you are forced to wait for someone from the complex to let you in. This not only causes frustration but also raises serious safety concerns for residents.

Overall, my experience has been frustrating, and the lack of professionalism and follow-through from Mid City Property has been unacceptable. I would not recommend them based on my experience at Villa Grigio.
