Valencia's Rudeness
I CAN'T BELIEVE WHAT JUST HAPPENED. Can you please address Valencia's ATTITUDE, I am still in disbelieve. I called Midcity in the morning to make arrangement with them to do inspection as we are moving out month end, I spoke to Ellen who was of help and when I called again I was transferred to Valencia. The rudest person I have ever spoke to in my whole entire LIFE.
