unreasonably high and suspicious electricity bill.

I have been staying at Hoeveld Flats for years now and i have never received an electricity bill that is over R400.00 since i am staying alone. All of a sudden i receive a bill of R1064 this month. I went to inquire about it at Midcity offices and i was told that my bill is correct. I have received further information that i am not the only tenant who was billed this unreasonably high electricity bill. I paid the amount but under protest. Please provide me with the name and contact details of a senior person in billing department. I would like to take this matter further. If needs be, i am prepared to write to the Board of Directors about it.
