Unprofessional Midcity
I've never come such an ***********, unprofessional company in my life. After 10 days of emails not being responded to after we placed our complaint I finally called. To which I was sent from one person to another and eventually I was dealing with the most prideful person Jacky gurure who had a difficulty apologizing for not being responsive to our emails or keeping his promises of contacting us back and giving us a mere status update of our complaint. How dare he wants to blame contractors for a call he was suppose to give me

19 Jan 2022, 14:03I am still stuck with a leaking roof and had heavy rain yesterday, if the ceiling falls in we will have a worst case. The owner of this company needs to look into his employees cause his business will close down if they carry on like this
