unprofessional, ineffective property management agency ever

Midcity reluctant to assist us dispatching a service provider to come fixed a burst pipe between the walls of to units that has been causing damage for months. They play cat and mouse and that is unacceptable. Portfolio managers never takes calls, or respond to emails sent by owners or Trustees. My property is now damaged because nobody wants to take accountability. Even after Trustees have provided authorisation, still nothing. I am definitely taking legal action if this is not resolved by the end of the week and will claim for everything I can for damages and costs incurred by my neighbor and I as a result of Midcity's incompetence.
