Unprofessional and ***********
<div>I have been occupying a unit rented by MidCity for the past 5 years. As of late it has been ab issue communicating with MidCity. If they aren’t rude they are unprofessional. To the point I opted to vacate the unit. Prior to vacating the unit, I raised a concern regarding mould and *****s coming off the hinges on the wardrobe door. The mould and *****s were sorted however a week or so later I received communication that I am liable for work done. Bear in mind, this has happened in the years occupying the unit. Never I have I paid. After back and forth. MidCity has never responded. When it is time to pay mr deposit, they deduct the funds. This after lying that my wife has given them the go ahead I also being charged for cleaning a stove. The stove was spotless when we vacated the unit. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff</div>
Also please feel free to contact us on *** if you require any further assistance.

We acknowledge receipt of your above-mentioned complaint. After your initial concern was received an inspector did an inspection at your unit. The cupboard door hinges were broken due to the cupboards being overloaded and therefor falls under tenant’s responsibility.
The photo and communication were sent to you and the charges of the contractor to repair the hinges was billed on your account. Unfortunately, the stove was left dirty when the unit was vacated and the cost for the cleaning also falls under tenant’s responsibility. The photos and communication were sent to you with proof of the dirty stove as well as the after photo where the stove was cleaned by our contractor.
We will investigate and address the professionalism with the relevant personnel as our company and personnel strive to be as professional and fair towards all our clients and will continue to do so.
