Stole power from my prepaid electricity meter

MidCity also manages Kwela Power which manages the prepaid meters of my house in a security estate in Hartbee****rt, North West. They switched off my meter so that I couldn't see power usage. Last usage recorded was 391.07 kWh as of 27 October 2017 (when the meter was turned off). I added another 170.3 kWh just to make sure on 31 October (which did NOT reflect and still doesn't). After they switched the meter back on, there was 116.77 kWh GONE even after I recharged. They are claiming I used 287.07 kWh in 10 days! (They claim I also must have used the 170.3 kWh I recharged on the 31st of October - Bull.****!). Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable - that's an average of almost 30 kWh per day! I checked my meter usage the last few months and my power usage NEVER exceeded even 20 kWh/day. I recharged with another 170.3 kWh about an hour ago. Guess what? Still not reflecting. Not answering emails, lying to me when I get through on the telephone and showing a general attitude of "haha, we got you - nothing you can do about it." Taunt me - I dare you. You'll wish you didn't try *****ing THIS consumer.
