Sorry excuse for business

Worst excuse for property management company. They have no regard for clients. While I owned a flat which was managed by them, it used to be a mission to get hold of manager even after you have left several messages. Can't get your Financials on time for AGM. It takes them another 2-6months to send financial reports. I sold my flat in July 2021and emailed a levy refund in October 2021, till today it has not been processed even after I have been calling them weekly to check on progress. I am told the person received a put it aside, they are sick, I will ask someone else, then nothing happens. I should be entitled to my refund with interest, they would do the same if I ad levies outstanding.
