********s in the Mid City

I had moved out of my place on the 3rd of March. Thus I cancelled my relationship with MidCity as it was only one due to the complex where I rented. I filled in the necessary forms and awaited my deposit back. Two months went by and I decided to contact them. The consultant was so rood and told me that my deposit was used for the month of April and May. The consultant told me it is actually my problem and that It didn't matter if I moved out or not.

Good day Jaunté,
Our Director in care of Utilities emailed you directly with the summary of your account.
Please note that your risk deposit that was held was transferred over to your account and it was used against the last two accounts issued. You vacated the premises and
there were still two billing periods during that time that you were liable for.

Please check your email and any further queries can be handled directly with the Director.

Regards,
MidCity Utilities
