Refund of service payments

I bought property at Princeton park near wonder Park in Pretoria. The body changed business in handling services. It was bought or either changed to another body.

The unfortunate part was that I have already paid twice for about R6500 while it has already given over to Mid City from JM Venter. My property is rented to a tenant and now and then electricity is switched off. But I have paid JM Venter. The easy way of managing this the two bodies could have strike a decision that one has to take over where proper handing over should be done so that clients should not suffer.

I have contacted JM Venter where I called, sent emails and messages but I am not winning,hence one of the employee promised to deposit back the amount of R6500 but as to now nothing deposited in my account.

I am afraid I do not have money currently to pay in case the service are terminated by Mid City.

I have also forwarded proof that money was deposited to JM Venter.

Kindly assist me as I do not know which direction to take.
