Refund

<p>I moved out from midcity managed building (Unit 15 stratford) on 31 July 2016. The agent charged me R2109 for damages. Upon disputing some of the damdages the agent agreed to refund R230, however the agent has refused to refund curtain rail damage even though i clearly indicated that the curtain rail in question was bought by myself and original curtain rail is safely kept and intact. the agent argues that the i should have taken the curtain rail when i moved out and now i will bear the charge of R340.</p> <p> </p> <p>The agent further indicated that the case is finalised and closed without entertaining my dispute and without refunding me. over and above this the agent could not entertain why am i not being refunded on the vat element regarding the charges that it has conceded to refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>As of to date, I have not been refunded and my dispute has not been entertained.</p>
