********* PRACTICES

We asked for levies clearance figures from Midcity and upon review of the figures received, I realised they added a whopping R2000 for “PEC Utilities”. It came as a shock because we use prepaid utilities system and I do not owe nor will I owe PEC anything when the transfer process is concluded. We returned the figures for revision but have not received the revised figures to date. I explained that they are delaying the transfer process and was promised I would receive a response “no later than Monday”. I followed up today but received no response still. This is not only unprofessional, it is also *********. Midcity has no RIGHT to stand on the way nor to trample on my rights like I owe them or they own my property. Like I said, *********!
