Overall poor management

Bought a property in a complex, unfortunately under the management of MidCity. The access system is broken, has been for years. The guard has to let you in, and anyone could thus get in if they feign residency. Trying to get a monthly statement from them is trying to pull teeth. I have to request it every month, and I end up constantly receiving sms's for non-payment, under the threat of legal action. I wish I had checked who manages this property, I would never have purchased it.
