Non-law abiding property management group

This is a company that was formed on the basis of exploiting people, especially those that are not well-informed. They refused to let me cancel my fixed lease agreement, whereas the Consumer Protection Act allows me to do such. They did not answer my emails where I asked why they are contravening the act and which law empowers them to do such. They constantly contact me threatening to transfer my case to debt collectors instead of responding to my questions and they have not paid back my deposit in the third month of moving out of their property and giving back their keys, after their employee inspected my property and found nothing wrong with it. I hope the law deals with harshly as I'm left with no option, but to report them to the Rental Housing Tribunal as advised by the Consumer Protection. A man by the name of Jean - in their employ - has shown me that this company does not care for its clients. They are still failing to reply to my emails where I request proof of charges for advertising my old room as stipulated in the CPA, but continue to harass me with SMSs seeking rent money from me.
