No response on statement queries and incorrect billing

Does this company actually exist? The response is so pathetic, that I'm starting to wonder. Sent an email nearly 4 weeks ago regarding a statement query and have not heard back. Sent another email 2 weeks later following up. Still no response. Then, sent another email a few days later, still nothing. Another week have passed, still nothing. Can someone please let me know what is happening with my query? Is it so hard to just respond and let me know you are handling, or not handling the matter? Any feedback would be fantastic. The worst is, I'm paying for your services, so can someone please make it worth the money.
