NO REFUND FOR DEPOSIT!
CROOOCKSFOR LIFE!
STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AND THEIR PROPERTIES. MY BROTHER STAYED ARCADIA FLATS ROOM R406(FOR 1 YEAR) AND HAD TO PAY A DEPOSIT OF ABOUT R6000 AND SOME CENTS WHICH WAS EXPECTED.... WHEN HE MOVED OUT THEY TOLD HIM THERS NO REFUND BECAUSE THEY HAD TO FIX THE TOILET WHICH WAS NOT EVEN BROKEN FOR R6000? SIS I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE ONE OF THESE PROPERTIES NEVER! HOPE MY BROTHERS R6000 MADE YOU RICH!
