No Refund and *********** Staff

I have rented with Midcity for over 4 years and have never missed any payment or had damaged anything. I put a notice of vacating and comp**** with al. But to this day i have not received my deposit money. I had to borrow money for renting elsewhere thinking i will get my deposit back but nothing. The Staff says they cannot find my contract.
